Conflicto de competencia entre el Juzgado Primero Penal Municipal de Facatativá y el Juzgado Primero Penal Municipal con Función de Control de Garantías de Armenia, en torno al trámite de la acción de tutela de la referencia.

La Corte decide la controversia ordenando devolver el expediente a quien primeramente conoció del mismo, es decir, al Despacho Judicial de Facatativá, para que a prevención y sin más dilaciones, resuelva sobre el amparo constitucional solicitado.
